Hi there. I’m Tynessa.

My name is pronounced teh-knee-sah. Friends call me Tye.

My background is rooted in sociocultural anthropology and is a major influence in how I think, feel and lead.

With a career that spans across a variety of brand categories from sports, tech, pharma, insurance, autos, beauty, fashion, to non-profit orgs, my experience has been across both national and global campaigns. My career started in TV alongside print and OOH to evolve with branded content as integrated campaigns across .com, brand apps, YouTube long-form, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Feed, Reels, Stories, and TikTok. New Influencer and Comms Programs, Casting relevant talent? That too.

From strategic planning, concept ideation, to execution and launch; leading & nurturing a variety of team organizations, I work alongside brands to evolve with audiences and new markets in this ever-changing world.

I love an awards moment but the hand-written notes, texts and voice messages I’ve received from my teams over the years are worth much more.
