PROBLEM: Honda wanted to grow their non-traditional sweepstakes offer to non-speed fanatics, giving people the chance to attend an IndyCar race with Mario Andretti.
SOLUTION: We ditched the typical sweepstakes and created Honda’s own Speed Patrol who were an on-the-ground team, mistaken as law enforcement, handing out slow citations.
